1. No purchase necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. This is a promotional contest of chance conducted by Saanjh Motor Co. LLC to promote its goods and services, consistent with Washington law (RCW 9.46.0356).

2. Sponsor

The sponsor of this giveaway is Saanjh Motor Co. LLC, Bellevue, Washington (the "Sponsor"). The Sponsor is solely responsible for this giveaway.

3. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their state, whichever is greater) at time of entry.
• Void where prohibited or restricted by law. [Attorney to confirm any state exclusions.]
• Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family / household members are not eligible.

4. Giveaway period

The giveaway begins on [START DATE, TIME, PT] and ends on [END DATE, TIME, PT] (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted outside this window will not be eligible.

5. The prize

One (1) prize: [describe prize — e.g., PNW overland recovery kit], approximate retail value (ARV) [$ amount]. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The prize is awarded as-is, is non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash except at the Sponsor's sole discretion.

6. How to enter

There are two ways to enter, and both have equal weight per entry:

(a) Free entry — online

Submit the entry form at saanjhmotorco.com during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) free online entry per person per [day / entry period — attorney to set].

(b) Free entry — by mail (AMOE)

Hand-print your full name, address, email, phone, and date of birth on a 3"×5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Each mailed card counts as one (1) entry and must be postmarked during the Entry Period and received within [X] days of the end date. Mechanically reproduced entries are void.

Note for later giveaways: once the shop is live, additional bonus entries may be earned with merchandise purchases — but the free methods above will always remain available and carry the same per-entry odds, as required by Washington law.

7. Winner selection & notification

One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about [DRAW DATE]. The drawing will be conducted publicly and recorded. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within [X] days and must respond within [X] days to claim the prize, or an alternate winner may be drawn.

8. Taxes

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. If the ARV is $600 or more, the Sponsor may be required to issue an IRS Form 1099 and may require a completed W-9 before awarding the prize.

9. General conditions

• By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
• The Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.
• This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform.
